Hi! I'm a 28-year-old graduate student visiting New York from August 3-18 for a conference in Midtown. I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment for those dates. I'm friendly and sociable and enjoy conversation, but I keep fairly regular routines and appreciate a home that's calm at night. I don't party or play loud music and value shared spaces that feel comfortable and respectful for everyone. I cook regularly, so l'm looking for full kitchen access (stove + fridge space), and ideally laundry in-unit or in-building. Being close to the subway is important since l'll be commuting to Midtown during the week.
