My partner (NYC native) and I (originally from France) are looking for a sublet starting March and ending May 1st (flexible on dates), with a budget up to $1,700/month.
We’re a calm, creative couple looking for a comfortable place. My partner works in fashion and I’m in audiovisual / film. We spend most of our time working on projects, exploring the city, and keeping a pretty low-key lifestyle !
We’re clean, respectful, financially responsible, and we truly value a peaceful home environment. No parties, no drama !!! Just two people focused on building our lives here.
Open to Brooklyn, Manhattan, or Ridgewood with good subway access. Happy to provide references or proof of funds if needed. If you have a place or know someone who does, we’d love to connect.
