I have a two bedroom two and half bath townhouse i just went through a bad situation with a friend she left now im looking for a mature older female to take over her part of the lease with me. It’s a full bathroom and bedroom with huge walk in closet. It’s a beautiful modern townhouse with a patio in the back. In the summer there a private in ground pool. I just bought a brand new washer and dryer i do have WiFi you will be responsible for half the rent utilities and your own food and your supplies. I’m very clean so i want the person to be to. You will have to go through my property management to be approved which it’s easy. I don’t deal with drama. I’m peaceful i work come home and chill for the most part i don’t mind if you have family over but not to party. I don’t mind a boyfriend but he can’t live there. No drama with that. Other than that I’m pretty chill. I mind my business i do have a 10 year old dog she is my life so you will have to love animals. lol. But that’s about it.
