I'm looking for anything with a large private room that doesn't require stairs inside the home. It must have an in unit laundry. A private bathroom would be preferable. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. A cane is enough from me to get around with, but I need to be able to take my wheelchair when I go out. As far as a roommate I'd prefer to have just 1. It makes everything easier. I'm not picky, and get along with almost anyone. We don't have to be besties, we just have to not hate each other.
