35F Seeking Room in a Clean & Peaceful Home

Hello!

I'm seeking a room to rent with private a bathroom in a clean considerate household where a peaceful living environment is highly valued.

A little about me:

I’m a calm, grounded 35yo female who values healthy living.

I’m responsible, financially stable, and I pay rent on time.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces and appreciate the same in a roommate.

I’m friendly, open minded and consider myself easy to live with, since my work requires alot of people interaction I tend to keep to myself and value my down time which is when I recharge my social batteries. I respect privacy and peoples space, I value a home where people respect each other’s privacy and space.

I don’t smoke, drink, or use drugs. I don’t mind if you do so responsibly with the exceptions of no hard drugs and no smoking inside the home.

I eat a plant-based and gluten-free diet. Bonus if we share similar dietary preferences, though it’s not at all required.

I rarely watch TV and generally keep a fairly quiet lifestyle.

I enjoy practicing and learning about yoga and mindfulness, spending time in nature, being active and travelling.

What I’m hoping to find:

• Respectful, communicative housemates
