I have to move in August. The house I'm currently living in is changing hands. I have been here several years for my rent has never been late and I've always been quiet. However I do have an eviction and a non-existent or low credit score. My present landlord would give me good references. He wants us to work out for me so he's giving me my last 2 months rent free, I'd say that says something. I'm praying that somebody will take a chance on my little dog and I and that we can land somewhere safe and clean by August
