Room wanted in New York

I’m looking for a roommate to find a 2-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side (open to Williamsburg too!) with a flexible move-in between March–May for a 1 year lease.

A little about me: I’m 21, graduating from FIT this May, and currently searching for a full-time role in fashion / music / entertainment. I’ve lived in NYC since 2022, and I’m very tidy, organized, respectful, and easygoing. I’m social and friendly, but also really value a calm, comfortable home and respecting each other’s space and routines. (non smoker)

Outside of work and school, I love:
• long walks around the city
• trying new restaurants
• checking out exhibitions and events
• beaches, upstate trips, hopping on a train somewhere new!

I’m ideally looking to share with one roommate in a 2-bedroom with a budget of around $4,000 total or under.
