Did you ever live with an arts and culture fiend?

I am an out gay cisgender man who has retired from a largely freelance career based on writing, organizing, and activating skills. My primary language is English, but I have a B. A. degree in French which I speak fairly well, along with smatterings of Dutch and Spanish learned largely in the street. For better or worse, my nationality is American, but I have learned not to emphasize that too heavily when traveling abroad. My interests include food and cooking, health and well-being, social justice, gardening (indoors and out), reading. engagement with all of the arts including films, art, writing, photography, design, drawing, theatre. Generally speaking, I don't mind smokers (I smoke maybe 3 to 6 cigarettes per day, but I am trying to stop.) I love pets of all kinds, and I am very animal-friendly. I have some mild allergies to cats, so they are especially attracted to me. LOL Because I do most of my work from home, I do not leave the house most days. Some landlords and housemates see this as a real benefit, as I often acts as security guard as well as protective recipient of most packages for myself and other residents. Most roomates think I am a lot of fun, too (references provided on request). Let's meet and see if you agree.
