​My name is Jake Pool, and my girlfriend Hailey and I are looking for a new spot to call home by the end of the year. We’ve been together for 8 years and are quiet, non-smokers who are focused on our professional and academic goals.
​I am 26 and a Studio Arts student at Moorpark College, preparing to transfer to a CSU. A majority of my time is dedicated to my studies, so I am typically on campus for a good portion of the day. When I am home, I do my art work in a highly organized and pristine workspace; I’ve always found that a clean environment is essential for a clean mind and a stress-free life. Hailey is 25 and is planning on starting her RBT certification to begin a career working with children with autism.

​Budget: $1,500/month (ideally including utilities).
​Reliability: This will be our first place together, but we are very disciplined and reliable with how we manage and spend our money.
​Credit Score: 728 (as of 02/22/2026). I have a perfect record and have never been late on a monthly payment.
​Security Deposit: Funds will be ready to go for the right place.
​Fish: We have three 5-gallon tanks for our betta fish. The water is always treated and the tanks are meticulously maintained with no smells or mess.
​Parking: We have two reliable vehicles and are looking for a spot with safe parking options.
