I am a professional female aged 61 young and seeking a room in a house that is clean (**very important**) and quiet. I am active (walking, going to the beach, exercise, etc. I love to garden, cook, and am more of a homebody. I love animals and would dog sit or walk when needed. I am transitioning from a sober living environment where I have been for 18 months. (Prior to that situation, I lived alone for 10+ years). This would be a short-term situation (3-6 months) until I find my own place. I will be working 8-5 and going out 3-4 evenings a week for AA meetings. I am more of a homebody, but will pretty much keep to myself. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $800/month. I would like to share with drama free females ideally 40+.
