Seeking Roomie(S) To Co-Share A Spacious House

I am 62+ of retirement age and continue to work because I love what I do - and I like to stay busy. My work (PT contract work as a product representative and FT work as an author) is on the computer at home so I need a serene environment to think and be productive - during the morning hours especially. I begin between 5 and 6 and work a long day. Between 7 and 9, I'm usually relaxing with a series I'm into. Break times are typically doing one of the activities I enjoy.

My accumulated furnishings are too great for a bedroom rental. Seeking a cordial, evolved, responsible, and trustworthy person who like myself had been self-supportive until recent years when rental rates surpassed the cost of living increases and now needs to share the expenses of renting a home.

No drugs, no pets, no smoking are a must. I do enjoy champagne after my day of work is done. I will not have people in and out and expect the same from my roommate, but for sure my son and granddaughter and a good friend will come over occasionally for a visit.

A master bedroom or large bedroom with private bath for each tenant would be my ideal. I am stable and creditworthy. Desire the same in a roomie. I seek a person of an age or mindset that understands the value of responsibility, social graces, and respect for others' belongings.

Seeking a roommate who enjoys their private space and time like I do but who is cheerful and kind like me when our paths
cross inside the home. Not looking for companionship, but I do hope this opportunity results in finding a person I will
consider a friend after we go our separate ways.

I am looking to sign a year's lease because it is a hassle to move, but I realize that neither of us have a crystal ball
to determine the duration thereafter. I prefer one roommate and will split the rent and square footage accordingly.
