I am looking to move from Los Angeles to San Diego for a month or two. I'm looking to rent an unfurnished room with carpet for up to $1,000 a month, including utilities and internet.

I work from home and answer phones as part of my job, so I need to live somewhere that has good, reliable internet and is also quiet (i. e., no dogs, birds, children, or loud neighbors).

I'm looking for a traditional rental agreement. Although I only want something short-term, I'm not interested in weekly membership models like Padsplit or Extended Stay, etc.
