Need a one-month rental near USF asap :-)

I am a professional female aged 54. I am looking for a furnished small or large room immediately as I am in the middle of a clinical study at USF. My last AirBNB experience was awful and I prefer to room with females as this tends to be more safe, in my opinion. Although I would consider males if I felt safe in their living environments.

Please do not ask for my phone number as I will only speak to the home owner. I refuse to work with sketchy third-party agencies with excessive fees or creepy management. This should be a simple process, dealing with the person I will be sharing living space with. Ensuring this is peaceful for all parties and payment paid directly to the person on the title/lease. This would only be a one-month rental as the study wraps up at the end of March.

I am fiscally responsible, a Christian, neat, and enjoy helping others. I look forward to connecting with someone that is kind, clean, and would like to share conversations. I hate to be so blunt yet to save time and effort in finding the perfect place (and prevent my email box from spam), it needed to be said. Thank you for your time!
