Responsible woman looking for Los Angeles room

I am looking to move by August 2026 and have a budget of $1000/month. I would prefer sharing space with women or non binary folk, but am open to men, in their mid twenties to mid thirties. Most importantly I am not willing to live in a place with more than 3 people total (just one other roommate would be most ideal) and really value a mellow space. I am not messy but not a neat freak either, I typically prefer space that is clean / tidied up as needed but am not bothered by it being lived in as long as everyone is doing their fair share. I would love it if I became friends with my roommate and we spent time together, but also don’t mind if the vibe ends up being to generally keep to ourselves and lead mostly separate lives as long as our communication is direct and respectful and we share space well. I am artistic, whimsical, and I love going on little adventures but like my home to be a refuge.
