I am a quiet person who stays very organized. I spend most of my time during the week at my 2 jobs. I don't have any pets. I do not smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol. I am looking for a friendly roommate, women preferred. I would prefer if the room is furnished (only a bed and a dresser mainly) and has a private bathroom. I also would prefer if there is access to a yard or patio. One must-have for me is to be able to have a consistent space for parking my car. My only real deal breaker is if you don't allow me to have my own lock for my room; my safety is priority.
