Looking for a room near UCSD!

Hi I’m Tobey! I’m 21 years old and currently full-time student at Mesa College, but I’m planning to transfer to UCSD in a year. I’m very clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m also responsible with bills and always pay on time.

I’m little reserved, but I’m very chill and responsible. I spend most of my time in class, studying (at home or at a cafe), and at the gym, so I’m not really loud or disruptive. I do have a guitar I like to play sometimes.

I rarely smoke and drink (but not opposed) and I value a chill, respectful living environment. I’m pretty friendly and don’t cause problems, but I also like to be independent and have personal space.

I’m looking for a comfortable, clean place where everyone is chill, considerate, and fairly responsible.
