Easy-going remote worker seeking room

Hey! I'm a 29-year-old remote worker relocating to NYC at the start of September. I'm looking for a three month stay while I take some classes, but I am open to longer term if I'm able to get settled in the city.

I'm predominantly looking for rooms in Brookly or Manhattan but am flexible depending on where the room is in relation to where my classes are.

I work from home and keep pretty regular hours, so I'm around during the day but happy to give roommates space.

A bit about my routine: I work from home, so I'm at home most days and hold meetings in the afternoons/evenings typically. I'm also a trained vocalist and practice 3x per week in the afternoons (usually 1-2 hours). Depending on the layout of the place, you may hear me! Outside of singing, I'm very quiet and spend most time in my room reading, working out, or cooking.

I'm easy-going and social when the vibe is right, but also totally respect when people need their space. I'd love to live somewhere walkable to groceries or near a bus line (I don't have a car). Strip access would be cool but not essential.

**Ideal situation:** Furnished room, kitchen where I can cook, gym/workout space nearby (negotiable), and a place where having occasional guests is fine. I love pets if you have them!
