Looking for a Baby Boomer Roomate AKA a Boommate

Hi, all!
I am searching for someone who needs a roommate, or, better put, a boommate (baby boomer roommate). I spend most of my time at the Joslyn Adult Center in Burbank when I'm not playing cards, crafting for Etsy sales, or running around now that I'm retired. Ideally, I would love to find an older female who lives close to George Izay Park and someone on the ground level (or a place with an elevator) because I exclusively ride my electric bike now and like to bring it inside rather than leave it outside or in a garage where others might access it. I was widowed in 2012 and spent from then until 2024 living in a 3-bed/2-bath on W. Angeleno with two roommates, so I am well-versed in sharing (plus, growing up in a large family helps). For the past two years, I have been in the Rancho district but am looking to move because rent will be raised and I prefer to share expenses. If you have a room or know anyone who does, please let me know. I can stay here as long as I'd like, but would prefer to move at the end of April, in 10 weeks when my year-to-year lease is up.
