Seeking studio or downstairs room w/ private bath

Hi, I’m a young spirited senior seeking a studio, converted garage, mo-in law unit etc., or an unfurnished, larger private bedroom (no stairs) for an extended stay. If all things were possible, I would prefer an ensuite or private bathroom, in-unit laundry, utilities included, reliable internet/wifi and easy to move garbage/recycle bins (no steep driveway) This perfect scenario would include good lighting, no grey paint, taller vs. shorter counters, fridge, toilet :-) and no paint fumes/mold/cleaning smell/carpet outgassing if new. Don't need bathtub, just shower. Prefer newer space vs. older.

About you: Would prefer a friendly, no drama, mature female housemate who is easy going, clean, quiet, responsible, allergy aware (no fragrances) non-judgmental and respects privacy. Maybe friendly, quiet dog ok? . Disabilities no problem, but please-no invasive relatives!
