Couple looking for Room ASAP

I am a full time student; my fiance is disabled yet independent - doesn't require special accommodations or support for personal tasks. We had to leave our previous place due to unsafe/unhealthy conditions and landlord unwilling to fix issues. We have spent most of our money in weekly rentals and are now desperate to find something we can rent for a month or more by tomorrow otherwise another week will eat up the rest of our reserves as it's quite expensive. We are laid back, non-judgemental, not felons, trustworthy and clean.
