Why would I be great to live with? Well, you probably have a room you’re needing to make some cash on or want help with the rent… And here I am needing a place to stay near a bus or light rail. Well that right there makes us a match made in heaven, no? How about I’m an honest and upstanding person that respects your property, your sanctuary, and you as a person? Sounding better?

I’m a 51 year old gay man - single, no crazy ex, no kids - I pay the rent on time, contribute to shared costs, cook authentic from scratch meals for 2+ usually and won’t sit down to eat until the dishes are done. (Then I eat and do those dishes, sweep and mop, take out the trash and recycle and retire to my room until the morning.) If you need to talk to me, by all means… I hate when people walk on eggshells… Bother me. (You’re not a bother, I love it. 🥰) As long as my light is on, feel free to trick or treat!

I rarely drink alcohol. On occasion I will so… Cheers! I don’t smoke, but you go right on ahead and blaze it up. I love that kind of carrying on. I’ve had my hayday… Aka my 20s and 30s… But I do like to get down and party. I’m very down to earth and there’s not much that shocks me.

I have a cat. Uggh… I know, right?. I ask myself WHY all the time. This is my 1st time having to find housing with one. He is neutered and very gentle with everyone. He won’t bite you, scratch you, or jump on countertops. If he does, you have my permission to punch him. You can punch me, too, if you catch me doing any of that as well. I’ve Friends say I’m too hard on him. I say I have a good cat EVERYONE adores. I personally am a dog person, but I was there when he was born. His owner up and left him so…here I am!)
