Room needed ASAP - MA RAFT housing assistance

Hello,
I’m interested in renting a unit ASAP. I’m relocating to the city for better job opportunities in IT. In the mean time *I’ve been approved for the MA RAFT housing assistance program, which can cover up to $7,000 of rent until I find a job. I have a letter of intent from them that I can provide if you decide to rent to me. *I’m currently at a hotel, and my funds are running low so I would greatly appreciate a prompt response and consideration.

Here’s a bit about myself:
I’m responsible, respectful, clean, quiet, and keep to myself. Besides that I’m your typical nerd, I watch anime, play video games, and of course computers since I do IT. I can video edit, draw, and misplace my glasses often. *I have 3 small guinea pigs that are kept in a clean cage and will always stay in my room. They are quiet, and never leave their cage.

If you agree to rent to me I’ll need the following for RAFT:

* a lease or a written agreement from the landlord that states they are intending to rent to me. The document must outline the move-in costs required to move into the new unit

* The document must include landlord’s contact information(their name, phone number and email address).
