Room needed ASAP - MA RAFT housing assistance

Hello,
I’m interested in renting a unit ASAP. I’ve been approved for the MA RAFT housing assistance program, which can cover up to $7,000 of moving costs (First, last, deposit). I have a letter of intent from them that I can provide if you decide to rent to me.

I’m currently homeless and would greatly appreciate your assistance. I’m actively job hunting and have gone on multiple interviews and have more lined up. I’m confident I can find a job within the next 2 months.

I’m responsible, respectful, clean, quiet, and keep to myself. *I have 3 small guinea pigs that are kept in a clean cage and will always stay in my room. They are quiet, and never leave their cage.

Let me know if this is something that works for you and I’ll provide the RAFT documentation you’ll need. Please understand RAFT is a process, both de landlord and me would have to submit an application. Understand that it can take one to two weeks for Landlord to receive payment after application has been submitted
