Hello, I am 35. No pets, no kids, no drama. I am looking for a permanent residence.. I just need a room. I stay to myself and stay in my room unless I am cooking. (If I get a roommate I enjoy i don't mind hanging out and talking to them) I just usually stay to myself. I need someone reliable because I always make sure I pay my bills. You need to pay yours. I do not smoke or drink. I don't care what others do as long as it doesn't affect me in any way. I cannot live with someone who smokes in the house though.
