Hi there 👋🏽 I’m Tee, 46 y/o looking for a room to rent with a budget of $600-$1000 with all utilities included. (Washer, dryer on premises available to use, electric, water, high speed internet)

I have a vehicle, so I also need parking space. I work from home, so I desire a peaceful, quiet, safe, private and comfortable space.

I am a professional with a career within the financial industry. I’m friendly, typically keep to myself, but can be sociable amongst the right energy. Sharing space with females is my preference, but will consider males if the property/occupancy aligns with my interests
