Hi, I’m a 37 year old professional working full time in tech. I work from home and am looking to move as soon as possible, with a budget up to $1900 per month.

I’m a good mix of social and independent. I enjoy good conversation and the occasional shared meal or hangout, but I also value quiet time and personal space. I keep common areas clean and respect other people’s routines.

I don’t cook a ton, so I’m not taking over the kitchen, but I do love good food and trying new spots around the city. Outside of work, I’m into fitness, music, and always learning something new. I stay active and keep a pretty steady routine during the week.

I’m comfortable living with male or female roommates of any age as long as we’re aligned on being respectful and maintaining a calm, positive home environment.
