Queer Femme Looking For A Room <3

Visiting my sweet pals in NYC

Hii <3 I’m a queer femme planning to move from NC to NYC and am looking for a room in BK, Queens, or Washington Heights starting sometime between 3/1 - 5/1. I'm also open to teaming up on a new lease! Max budget is $1240 if 40x income is needed but I can go higher for sublets and stuff like that. I also come with a 1.5 yr old black cat named Yema. She's well behaved and she’ll probably cuddle you lol. I have an ESA letter for her too if that helps. She lived with other cats (and dogs) before I adopted her and I'm told she got along great!

Personality-wise, I have more of a soft and gentle energy, but I’m also really social and hope to have some level of friendship with my future roomies. Some things I’m into atm are candle making, collage, MiniDV camcorders, making sad girl music (I went to school for jazz sax :p), and going out dancing. I'm super clean, but still appreciate when a living space feels cozy and lived in. Last photo shows what my current room looks like!

I work remote M-F (9 am - 5:30 pm) but I work from libraries and cafes at least twice a week so it ends up being more if a hybrid situation. I'm always open chatting more about ways to make sure I'm not taking over the space with that. I love being out in general. If it matters, I'm a crafter support agent for a fragrance supplier. My job is answering emails and social media messages so it's nothing super disruptive <3
