Quiet, Clean Professional Woman Seeking Furnished

Hi! I’m a 33-year-old professional woman, originally from South Florida, recently moved back from Knoxville, TN and looking for a comfortable, peaceful private space to rent - a room, studio, or efficiency with a private entrance would be ideal. Furnished would be a big plus.

I’m quiet, low-key, and tend to keep to myself. I have a friendly, bubbly personality, but I’m usually in my space when I’m home. I don’t cook much and I’m extremely clean and respectful of both my own area and any shared spaces.

I don’t drink or do drugs, I don’t have pets (though I love all animals), and I don’t have guests over. I’m really just looking for a calm, safe place to come home to after work.

What I’m looking for:

* Parking or easy street parking
