Looking for a change of pace

Hi, I’m Shannon! I’m 23-years-old and I go by they/them pronouns. I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life- originally from Evergreen, lived in Littleton about a year (my parents still live there) then came up to Greeley to study psychology at UNC in 2020. I didn’t get my degree, but I’m considering going back to school for something else. I’m considering a few different things right now.
I’ve worked in the restaurant since I was 16. My current job is full time in the kitchen of a local brewery. I plan to find another kitchen job in Denver, though I’m open to other options. I have no solid plan at the moment, I just know I’m ready for a change of environment after 6 years.
I enjoy cooking, so having a decent sized kitchen is a preference, but it’s not a necessity. I have plenty of kitchen equipment to bring (an air fryer, a toaster oven, a Dutch oven, etc) I don’t have much furniture aside from a chair and a couple shelves to bring. If the room is unfurnished, I can figure out my own bedding, etc, but I would prefer a room that is already furnished.
I also like to read, watch tv, workout, and sometimes do arts and crafts in my free time. A lot of that free time is spent in my room, but I’m definitely open to going out and trying new things! I need to spend less time doomscrolling 😵‍💫
I don’t have any pets but I love both cats and dogs (been thinking about getting a cat myself.) Any kinds of pets are okay around me. As for the people, I’m looking for quiet, respectful roommates who communicate well. My current roommates and I have a little whiteboard we keep on the fridge for communicating things to each other. It’s not often I invite people over but I’ll try my best to never let it be a surprise. I try my best to be organized and tidy, and while I’m not a clean freak I would prefer a well-kept living space. If you support Trump in any capacity, I’m not the roomie for you.
