Room wanted in San Diego

I’m a 32-year-old working professional currently living in San Diego, available to move starting 03/01/2026, with a budget of $1,500/month.

I was born and raised in Modesto, California, and moved to Canada at 18 to play university football while earning my degree in Economics. I moved back to California in early 2025 because I always knew I eventually wanted to come home and build my life here.

I’m looking for a great roommate situation with males ideally between 25 and 45 years old.

I work full-time and keep a steady routine. I’m clean, respectful, and pretty low-key during the week. I value a calm, comfortable home that actually feels like a place to recharge.

Outside of work, I’m into staying active (gym, walks, getting outside), reading, good conversations, etc.

I’m social, but not a party-every-night person. I appreciate balance, maturity, and clear communication.

The main reason I’m looking to move is financial efficiency. With my busy schedule, my current rent is higher than I’d like to spend, especially since I’m not getting much value from the luxury amenities in my building. I don’t need to get out of my lease, but I’m eager to save on rent as soon as possible and put that money toward smarter priorities.

I’m financially responsible, reliable with rent and bills, and I take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and drama-free. Ideally, I’m looking for roommates who are considerate, friendly, and on a similar wavelength.
