I am female 47, a working professional in the Jewelry industry looking to relocate. I am available to move by March 1st and have a budget of 850- $1300/month )
I am a friendly, clean, respectful, can be very social but mostly chill/quiet when at home. I have a sweet service dog Gabrielle, together we love exploring all NYC has to offer. Love theater, food festivals, museums, nature, wellness, discovering new restos , cultural activities, cooking and so much more.
I have a city office/ WFH hybrid schedule. Up at 5am for office days home by 4pm.
Looking to live in a pet friendly (10lb service dog) new build or recently renovated building/house with lots natural light, partially or fully furnished with some utilities included, washer/dryer in unit, few minutes walk to subways.
A larger room (queen/king bed) would be best for WFH days, sharing bathroom with one other roommate preferably ( willing to pay more for private bath)
My ideal roommate(s) is tidy ,hygienic, respectful, considerate. We can certainly be friends enjoying experiences together if you’re open! However I do value solo time as well.
My ideal location is walking distance to a park, on a quiet(er) street in vibrant neighborhood, - activities, cafes , restos, gyms, etc in walking distance.
A building with amenities e. g roof top area , gym, pet friendly grounds, lounge spaces for work / socializing etc would be a plus !
