Looking for a room in queer house

Hi! I’m a trans femme looking for a room in a queer house in/near Philadelphia starting in March or April. I'm in town and available to meet folks and view places through Saturday, March 7.

My initial plan is to be in Philadelphia through May or June, and then to maintain a room there while splitting my time between Philadelphia and Vermont. I’m open to a short term rental, ultimately looking for something reliably long-term. Message me if you think we might be a good fit!

- commonly mistaken for 10-15 years younger than my actual age (I’m in my 40s)
- naps on short notice
- sober but cool with alcohol and substances in the house

Ideal housemates:
- queer or very queer-friendly
- left of liberal
- any ages
- relatively quiet--I'm down for get-togethers and social gatherings, but I also value sleep and rest
- COVID conscious--air purifiers, masking when you have respiratory symptoms, generally looking out for yourself and others from a public health perspective

Ideal space:
- washer/dryer access
- easy parking
- room big enough for a bed and a desk

I play poker, and I'm starting a career as a pro, playing live at Parx and online. (I know how that can sound. I have good credit, can provide proof of savings, can pay months of rent in advance, and can provide a co-signer. I can also provide wonderful housemate references.)
