Room wanted in home with a pool

I am a responsible, professional 46 year old female. I am currently not in California however, I will be there in April and have a budget of around $1500/month. I would like to share with males or females of any age over 21. I also have a little lover of a Bichon Service pup named Lola. She is non-shedding hypoallergenic and very smart. She actually taught herself to go potty in the bathtub if for some reason I couldn’t let her out… I know she’s that smart.. it’s almost infuriating lol but she’s adorable and loves everyone and all animals. Some people would say she’s a pet but she’s actually my service animal. I did however put her down on here as a pet as some people “consider” her a pet. Unfortunately I do have a cat allergy so unless you have a panther…..in which I will suffer greatly for a panther! Otherwise, unfortunately, God said I cannot have any cats. I do need somebody that will understand that sometimes I cannot take Lola with me and she does have to stay home. Lola will follow you around and act if you were “hers” if you are home. Lol She hates to be alone so if there is another pup in the home, that would be great but one is not a necessity. I would have to be in a home where you would love Lola as much as I do and in return I would love your pups and respect your personal items as you do mine. Lola is 13 years old, however acts as though she is half that, she is very quiet when you are home and she does like to sneak up on you and stare at you trying to hypnotize you to give her a treat. My roommate(s) would have to be conscious of her so one doesn’t accidentally punt her across the room. Again, she does not do well being left alone(as she knows she is supposed to be with me) so I’m not able to have her in an apartment unless it’s detached or at the end unit.
I have a permanent income so there’s no worry of not having rent money. I am LGBTQ positive and fiercely protective of my friends or really anyone that is being treated badly or talk down upon.
What else?… Hmm oh I absolutely hate doing the dishes. I will do them however I loath it… i mean looooath it…. They know what they did!
But I don’t mind cleaning. I respect people’s privacy. I do not go into their area and would expect the same in return unless there was a need for it and clear communication on both sides. Im big on communication and respect as it is a must when you do have a roommate(s). My cooking will not win you over … not even close 😂 however I do try to eat healthy. Yet I don’t care how you eat. I’m sarcastic, witty, hilarious (if I do say so myself 😉) and fun.
I love to be positive, happy, have good energy around me, laugh, go on adventures or hang with friends. However I also just like to chill at home with a few friends around the pool or fire. I’m a more low-key girl yet I do occasionally like to go out. I know…i am a conundrum but a good one!! 😁
