Room wanted with private bath in home with a pool

I am a responsible, laid back 47 year old female. I am a fun 47 (not that I bring the party home with me or tell you how to live your lives I absolutely will not) so I don’t act like an old crone. 😜

I am currently not in California however, I will be there in September and have a budget of around $1600/month but could raise it for the right place. I like to hang out, chilling to music, tryout new things, go to festivals/concerts, like day trips, or vacation (I do love vacations), I am pretty much up for anything fun, love laughter, being happy, would like to have friends by the pool sometimes maybe some drinks BBQs, whatever but I also like my personal time. As I’m sure anyone does.

I don’t mind living with people that are older or younger (guys or girls) than me as I have done both and I’m still friends with them today. As long as we understand that we each live our own lives and should not judge what the other person does nor tell them how to live. That shit drives me crazy.

I just want to put out good vibes, kindness and happiness into the world.

I don’t mind 420 but no hard drugs. I don’t care if you drink some ( I do) however I do hate being around people 24/7 that cannot hold their liquor and act like a dumbass. I mean, we all have our moments don’t get me wrong, it’s just not my top 10 of things I want to be around all the time.

I also have a little lover of a Bichon Service pup named Lola. She is non-shedding hypoallergenic and very smart. She actually taught herself to go potty in the bathtub if for some reason I couldn’t let her out… I know! She’s that smart.. it’s almost infuriating at times lol but she’s adorable and loves everyone and ALL animals. She befriends cats just as well as dogs. I’ve never seen her pissed because she doesn’t get pissed she just gets irritated sometimes and that’s usually with me.😂

I have only seen her really mad once and that was because I left her with some friends and went overseas for a week. She was sooooo not happy!! She would not look at me for 2 days! Lol

Some people have a different idea what a pet and a Service animal is however she is actually my Service Animal.

I did however put her down on here as a pet as some people “consider” her a pet. Which is weird but OK. Unfortunately I do have a cat allergy so unless you have a panther (in which I will suffer greatly for a chance to live with a panther!) the man upstairs said no cats for me. Ido need somebody that will understand that sometimes I cannot take Lola with me and she does have to stay home. Lola usually goes in to the kennel when nobody’s home however, she will stick by you and will follow you around like “best buddies if you are home. She does talk to you and can tell you what she wants if she’s hungry, needs to go outside, or wants to go to bed. She will tell you. Its not barking its you asking what she wants and she will woof for you. She will also go by the door if she needs to potty.

She hates to be alone so if there is another pup in the home, that would be great but one is not a necessity. I would have to be in a home where you would love Lola as much as I do and in return I would love your pups and respect your personal items as you do mine. Lola is 13 years old, (she is a little slower) however most times she doesn’t act her age. She is very quiet when you are with her at home and she does like to sneak up on you and stare at you trying to hypnotize you with her cuteness. My roommate(s) would have to be conscious of her little/fragile.. er.. ness?.. so one doesn’t accidentally punt her across the room. You have to look down as she is very quiet and sometimes a ninja.

As she does not do well being left alone (she knows she is supposed to be with me) so I am not able to have her in an apartment alone unless there is another animal with her or the place is and end unit or its detached.

I have a permanent income so there’s no worry of not receiving rent/utilities funds.

I am responsible, do as I say I will and I am LGBTQIA2S+ positive and fiercely protective of my friends/family or really anyone that is being treated badly or talk down upon. I believe everybody is equal. I don’t care what you are a pink purple green red. I don’t care iif you’re human you’re human and if you’re an animal, you’re an angel.

What else?… Hmm oh I am not great taking out the trash and I absolutely hate doing the dishes. I will do them however I loath it… i mean looooath it…. Those bastards know what they did! However I don't mind doing my part with cleaning and whatever.

I respect people’s privacy. I do not go into their area and would expect the same in return unless there was a need for it and clear communication on both sides. Im big on communication and respect as it is a must when you do have a roommate(s). My cooking will not win you over … not even close 😂 however if it’s s my turn to cook or something you can have whatever you want as I DoorDash it to us. I do try to eat healthy ( Yet sometimes you just need a good burger and fries)but I don’t care how you eat. I’m sarcastic, witty, hilarious (if I do say so myself 😉) and fun.

I love to be positive, happy, have good energy around me, love to laugh, like to put out good vibes to others, like going on adventures and experience new things. However I also just like to chill at home with a few friends around the pool or fire. I’m a more low-key girl yet I do occasionally like to go out. I know…i am a conundrum but a good one!! 😁
