Looking for sober female roommate without pets ☺️

Hi! I’m looking to rent a room or share a place with a roommate. I live a calm, respectful, low-key lifestyle. I’m single and work FT out if the house.

I’m currently paying $1,250/month and looking in Solana Beach, Del Mar or Encinitas with some flexibility on rent. I also have a quiet, well-behaved five-year-old calico cat who stays mostly in my room and is fully vaccinated. She’s happiest being the only pet. I’m 3+ years sober, a non smoker, and into yoga, movies and gardening.
