Room wanted in Los Angeles

Hello! My name is Qa’id (46). I’m a recent divorce, just finalized in this year. Although, I’m happier mentally because of it, my living situation has come to this, to offset the income loss of no longer being married.

I’m a peaceful, non-judgmental and respectful person who understands boundaries, so I am looking for a place that can match that same good energy. I do not drink alcohol, smoke ANYTHING (marijuana, vape, cigarettes), nor do I do any other types of drugs. And once again, I dont judge, those things are just not for me. I am a people person, and I can get along with anyone, no matter what walk of life you come from.

I work for a law firm, Monday thru Friday from 8-5pm. I am not an attorney, but my job can be intense and high stress, so after work I’m usually enjoying some me time. Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with family, friends and co-workers. I enjoy the outdoors, but Spring tries to kill me each year, I try to hibernate during this time to avoid my allergy season. I also enjoy the beach, riding bikes (but I don’t have one…lol), and going to the movie theater to name a few. I really just like exploring life.

I am available to move in 03/27/2026 and have a budget of $1,300/month. Looking for something close to Woodland Hils area where I work. I will consider other locations. Hope you enjoyed reading!
