Looking for room or toommate

Hey there! I’m on the hunt for a friendly place to call home, either for the long haul or just a short while as I figure out my next steps. I’m currently a student on leave from Temple University and looking to gain some work experience and meet awesome people before possibly returning next year. I have a steady income, so rent is never an issue for me. While I’m not working right now, I’ll be spending a lot of time at home enjoying movies or hanging out with friends. Cooking isn’t my strong suit, so any tips on eating regularly would be super appreciated! I’m part of the LGBT community and have a long-distance partner, whom I see about once a month more or less.
