Hi! I’m Aviyah!

I’m relocating back to Ohio with my teenage son—this is home for us. After several years of traveling and a career pivot due to an injury (former volunteer firefighter—still tough, just smarter now 😄), we’re looking for a stable, respectful place to land while I build my business.

I’m an AHA CPR / BLS instructor with my own training company and will be contracting in Columbus and surrounding suburban areas. We’re looking for a calm household where everyone respects shared space and privacy.

About us:

Quiet, clean, and very low-drama
My son and I are used to sharing one room (twin beds or bunk bed works)

I’m organized, tidy, and considerate
Friendly but independent—I mind my business

Lifestyle:
Prefer a mature household (not a party house)
Occasional get-togethers are fine
Prefer no dogs (cats are welcome!)

Non-smoker, occasional drinker
Love cooking, juicing, documentaries, and writing
Author of four published books—writing is my creative outlet

Logistics:
Ideal move-in: early June (open to sooner if it’s the right fit)
Looking for 3–6 months, but happy to commit to a year if it helps
Happy to do a background check (I’ve had them for work—including an FBI check a couple years ago… and yes, still felony-free 😉)

Only medication I take is Adderall, which mostly means labeled containers and productivity.

I’m open to exchanging social media beforehand—no pressure to interact, just transparency so we both feel comfortable.
