First, even though my preferences say "disability access", I just mean I can't do more than 2nd floor for a walk up due to a torn acl. 2nd, I don't need a washer in the apartment as long as there is laundry in the building. As far as co-living: I'm laid-back and prefer someone who is the same. I'm still clean/tidy and respectful; just not anal about things that aren't a persistant problem. I communicate; I rarely have a guest; mostly at school or sleep, but easy to get along with. On time with rent.
