Hi all, I'm looking to rent a room/studio/mother-inlaw suite by mid-April with a low deposit. I am in the military and will be PCSing to Patrick SFB. Budget is max $1000 with all utilities included. I am clean, organized, quiet, and amicable. I have great credit so that is no matter and clean background.

I am looking for a place that is clean, modern, and safe.

My must haves are:
- Private/Ensuite Bathroom (No shared bathroom!)
- Carport or Garage Parking for an SUV
- Ability to store some of my items.
- Non-smoking/Drug Free
- No cats in the home, but dogs are welcome.
- Ability to get a dog, I currently have no pets but I would like to get a (small/medium sized) dog soon.
- Preferred max 20-25 miles from base
