Looking for room S/SE of Los Angeles

I am a male aged 52. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 02/05/2026 and have a budget of $900/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 21 and 99 years old.

Looking for a place that is reasonably quiet, where I can set up a computer on a desk or table in my room. and where having an irregular schedule isn't a problem. I am doing gig work and studying AI courses, so my hours are erratic, sometimes I might work at night and sleep during the day.
Need a place where parking isnt too hard to find and is reasonably safe if a car is parked on the street.

I'm pretty easygoing, but I dislike smoking, it triggers my allergies. Cats and dogs are no problem unless they are crazy loud. Politically I lean left, and while I am pretty open to discussing different viewpoints, anyone who still proudly supports Trump is not going to like a lot of my opinions.
