Hi, I’m Interested in renting a room or a house in a nice quiet and peaceful environment so I can play with my Golden Retriever. I’m retired and wish to live among others who are nearly my age, 61 or retired. Currently I live in Lake San Marcos retirement community and I like the bigger sized houses with no stairs. I don’t drive because of my disabilities, but I’m financially secure. I’m involved with my church, and I go to the gym often. ……but the majority of my time is spent in a great home! My price range for a room is about $1500.
I do want to buy a Golden Retriever puppy. In the back yard I hope I can barbecue on the patio. I am willing to hold the lease, but the best fit begins with good roommates.. My kids live here where I grew up, San Marcos. But considering a move to anywhere in North County will get me a fine dog. If I’m lucky, I would love a bathroom or a master bedroom for myself. I do have a minimal amount of furniture, but we’ll see what is needed. …besides a Golden Retriever. -Matthew.
