31 Y/o male looking for 1 bedroom in chandler/EV!

Good morning - my name is Dominik and I am looking for a one bedroom (furnished/un furnished doesn’t matter), 31-year-old male, full-time student and work approximately 20 hours a week so I’m pretty busy. I don’t party or drink. Bringing a friends over is a no-go for myself. I stay to myself for the most part and in my free time. I play piano (have headphones) pickle ball, ping-pong, go to the gym as well as work on pc’s. I have a running vehicle, a clean record with zero misdemeanors or felonies. I’ve never been arrested. I’m OK with 420 but I personally don’t partake. Studying IT- cybersecurity and I’m about to receive my associate degree, and then moving onto my bachelors immediately after.
