Room wanted near Boulder, Co

I'm a well paid contracted worker, working in Boulder, Co. I am a young woman, and its been difficult finding the right place to live. I dont have credit however, I've never been able to sign up for it until now, and my current job doesnt permit the ability for me to sign, because I'm paid in cash only. I also have 2 cats that I'm willing to give away if necessary, but I'm really struggling and afraid of homelessness. I can pay a deposit and 3 months worth of rent if someone is open to trusting who I am as a person. I'd never want to cause harm on anybody, and I really try my best to always be respectful no matter what.
