It would be ideal to have a small space (a guest house or tiny home would be perfect). Everything is negotiable since I don't expect the ideal. A kitchen would be nice but not a must. I love animals so I don't mind helping out or walking them. Also I don't need the furniture or the parking but it would be good. From the south valley to LAX would be ideal. Mar Vista, Culver City or Palms would be perfect.
