Quiet professional who works from home needs room

Hi, I'm looking for. a room to rent in a house in the area of Windsor, Ft Collins, Severance, Timnath Colorado to live in and work from. I am very quiet. My work involves calling people on my phone, talking to them calmly in an inside voice.
I have a well behaved, litter box trained female cat who always uses the litter box so no spraying. She is not a talker either. She is friendly but a mama's girl. She doesn't need to roam free. She is an inside cat only. I clean her litter box weekly.

I am quiet like her. I love people of all kinds, races, sexual orientations, nationalities. Its my job to related to people on their level. I have two grown kids in Wyoming. They have me visit them due to their kids.

I prefer an en suite private bath but will share that if needed. I could also share a bathroom in a hallway if needed.

I cook some. Bake as well but nothing that smells bad. I'm not big on ethnic foods.

Have references too.

I don't smoke anything.
I VERY rarely drink anything but water, tea, coffee, Gatorade and smoothies. I dont use drugs. I clean up after myself and my cat, help around other people's homes, happy to mow the lawn. One odd thing, I'm told is my love of washing dishes by hand because its relaxing. I used to have a house and loved mowing I learned. Ex would not do anything at home except watch TV. I have a TV but don't watch a lot. Romantic Christmas movies and some sci fi are my preferences. I also write sci fi - working on a novel currently.

If you can be open to letting a senior who does not dress or act like one except for politeness and is in GREAT HEALTH, I would love to talk to you about your empty room and a need to rent it.
