Hi, i'm looking for a room preferably in Pacific beach, but anywhere not far from the coast, I used to have a condo in PB & loved renting to International students, but I am older. I love to bodysurf - I teach swimming. & am a contractor with the State Dept as a Liaison for foreign VIP's invited to the U. S.., but haven't taken an assignment for awhile
