Hi, I’m Jordan. I’m a non traditional online college student and an artisan jewelry designer under the name Fork in the Road 🍴. I value calm, predictable living environments and clear communication 🙂

Medical, Service Animal, and Compatibility

I have a medical alert service animal who will be living with me. Due to medically necessary allergies and intolerances, I cannot live in a household with any other pets or medically prescribed animals.

Health and Environmental Requirements

I have severe, life threatening allergies. There can be no integration whatsoever of smoke or vapor of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping, strong chemicals or chemical residues, or soy and sesame in any form. This includes secondhand and thirdhand exposure, including residues carried into the home by guests from exterior sources.

Food and Kitchen Use

I have multiple food allergies and intolerances, including sensitivities to sugar, fat, and sodium, which requires me to cook nearly all of my meals at home. I am very mindful in the kitchen, clean as I go, and respectful of shared space.

School and Work

I complete my coursework online and maintain a consistent, quiet study routine. My jewelry fabrication takes place in a separate, dedicated studio that is fully independent from my living space.

Living Style and Experience

I have lived with roommates before and understand what is required to maintain an equitable and harmonious shared living environment. I thrive in calm, stable homes and do best with clear expectations and mutual respect.

Personality

I’m very personable, friendly, and interactive. I’m generally quiet at home and prefer a calm, stable environment. I’m not a partier or a gamer. The loudest you’ll usually hear from me is singing in the shower or cheering on the Denver Broncos during a game. I don’t drink due to an alcohol allergy, but I’m always happy to be the occasional designated driver, and I own my own vehicle so I’m fully independent with transportation.
