Hi ! I’m a student at LaGuardia Community College currently looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment in Manhattan.

My ideal move-in date is between July 1–10, and I’m looking for a lease around 8 months to 1+ year. I’m looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained apartment with easy access to trains/subway lines.

I’m responsible, organized, quiet, and focused on my studies. I value a respectful and peaceful living environment and will take good care of the apartment.
