Hi! I'm looking for a furnished room to rent from 12 July until 1 August.

I'm looking for:

Air conditioning
Access to a kitchen for light cooking
A clean, comfortable, and respectful living environment

A little about me: I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I'll mostly be out during the day and am looking for a comfortable place to stay during this period.
