Hey!
I moved to US from AUS this year, looking for a safe sharehouse with one or two other female identifying humans. I'm house trained, come with a dope playlist. I'm a music and performing arts student (I constantly wear headphones so if you don't want to hear anything you don't have too, I'm very considered and quite). So a creative environment would be ideal but I'm really not picky as long as your a decent, safe, kind human being. I'm looking for an immediate move in and happy to pay rent + bond in advance. I'm open to most suburbs as long as it's somewhat close to amenities/PT as I don't have a car here. I keep to myself most days and pretty busy with uni and creating but I'm more then happy to have random conversation in passing if we're both free and happy too. I'm also really great at moving around in silence and not have it be awkward! I'm not really looking for a full on social environment, I like my home space to be my chill, wind down kinda vibe. I love animals so pets wont be a problem! I'd love to come and meet you for a coffee or chat and see if we get along. I'm not fussed about what the house looks like as long as I have my own space and common area are chill and safe. I generally go out to socialise (but honestly I'm a hermit) and never have people over. In the past I have rented and lived by myself in AUS- although America US about 3 times the price- so sharehouse it is!
