Looking for a room in Manhattan

Hey future roommate!


I’m currently looking for a room in New York City. I’m especially interested in the Lenox Hill, UES or Midtown East but I’m totally open to other neighborhoods if it feels like a good fit.

I’m friendly, easygoing, and respectful. I’ve lived in different countries and speak four languages. I enjoy having my own space, but I’d also love to live somewhere where we can occasionally chat after work or share a meal.
I keep common areas clean and organized, and I really value a peaceful but friendly environment.

I’m looking for something stable and long-term (12 months to start). My move-in timeline is flexible.

I work in the office 9–5 at least four days a week.

I’m looking for a non-smoking, no-pets apartment. My only must-have is laundry in the apartment or in the building.
