Looking to get an apartment split 50/50

I’m looking for a somewhat modern apartment with a roommate who values general cleanliness, routine, and respect. I’m not too much of a bother and I’m a generally sociable person. I take online classes online while focusing on my other hobbies. I also am always working a job. I like keeping things clean and making the living environment very homey and there’s very few things that would bother me at all. I am a gay dude so I don’t care whether my roommate is male or female. If you don’t mind, then I don’t mind. I turn 20 this August and I don’t mind dogs, but I am very allergic to cats. Prefer dogs that don’t shed but we can always discuss anything :)
